We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including fresh bread and fruit. The hotel facilities, such as the garden and covered pool, were well-maintained, and plenty of towels were provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the thermal baths. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. I was even pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy any palate. I particularly enjoyed the fresh bread, fruit, and the option to make my own boiled eggs in the water bath.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Spent Christmas here and enjoyed key location near the hot springs, only a few minutes walk away. Loved the family rooms, perfect for parents and children with self-contained rooms and enjoyed the outdoor play area and scenic stream. The breakfast was varied and tasty with European and American options available.

The hotel is not modern and some amenities need updating. The walls are thin, making it noisy at times, and some of the rooms lack amenities like mosquito nets on the windows or air conditioning in all rooms.

We stayed at a hotel near a popular Therme. the location was great, within walking distance. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and plentiful food options. the rooms were spacious and clean with enough storage for our things. We appreciated the bathrobes and towels provided for us. the pool and garden were relaxing, but could have benefited from more real parking spots at the location.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great breakfast offered at the hotel and the friendly staff. the location was also convenient, being within walking distance of a popular attraction. the air conditioning in the rooms worked well which was a huge relief given how warm it was.

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishments in certain areas and the noise insulation was poor, which meant that we could hear people in the corridors and the elevator from our room. the balcony, which was advertised as private, was accessible to other guests which was a disappointment.
